Place Magneers in each ear. Separate the two magnets about ½ inch apart, then place the top magnet straight into your ear above your middle cartilage, then squeeze the bottom magnet towards the top magnet to insure they are firmly in place. Then slightly push the shaft of the Magneers back into your ear. They should feel comfortable and stay on well. Magneers normally will fit comfortable in any ear. Magneers comes in extra small, small, medium, and large.

Magneers should be worn for 45 minutes a day for the first two weeks then you may reduce the frequency to 30 minutes per day. Magneers are fashionable and completely safe!

Do not wear for more than 2 hours at a time, the active stimulation of the Magneers can over-stimulate the daith and produce irritation. Give 24hrs between periods of wearing.

You must return your Magneers to your place of purchase and you must have your original receipt and all original packaging in good condition including the owner’s manual. If you purchased directly from Magneers please return to the address below, certified mail, return receipt requested. Please add a note as to why you are returning them. If you need to exchange sizes within the 1st 30 days, there will be a $19 shipping & handling fee.
