The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $9.45 to anywhere in the United States. We are working on getting a flat shipping rate for each country outside the USA. Currently however we will have to price those out on a case-by-case basis at this time.
Magneers offers a 30 day guarantee or your money back! You must return your Magneers to your place of purchase and you must have your original receipt and all original packaging in good condition including the owner’s manual. If you purchased directly from Magneers online jewelry store please return to the address below, certified mail, return receipt requested. Please add a note as to why you are returning them. If you need to exchange sizes within the 1st 30 days, there will be a $19 shipping & handling fee.
